Collected directly from the user when they fill in and submit a quote request form on this website. No personal information is collected from any other source.
Why we collect it
To respond to quote requests, discuss and schedule jobs, and keep basic records of enquiries and jobs for business purposes. Not used for marketing. Not sold or rented to any other business.
Who we share it with
Quote requests are delivered by email using a third-party form-processing service. Submitted details pass through that service's systems, which may store or process data outside New Zealand, before arriving in our inbox. Aside from this delivery step, information is not shared with any other third party, unless required by law.
How long we keep it
Kept for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to enquiries and, if a job goes ahead, for job and invoicing records. Not kept indefinitely once no longer needed.
Keeping information secure
Reasonable steps are taken to protect personal information from loss, misuse, or unauthorised access, including limiting who has access to enquiry details.
Your rights
